Villa Este - Seminyak Bali - is a welcoming villa nestled amongst former rice fields in a quiet area of Seminyak, while still only a stroll away from a large choice of restaurants, the beach and never ending shopping. The villa combines traditional and modern Balinese living, being two-storey and open plan. The surrounding lush tropical gardens ensure total privacy in your own special part of Bali.

The Villa
ImageThis two story house is open-planned, spacious and combines traditional and modern Balinese living. Tall ceilings, bi-fold doors and the mezzanine second floor allow the cool breezes to flow through the entire house. There are 2 king and 1 queen sized bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, the king sized main bedroom is adjoined by an oversized ensuite with double vanity and double shower. There is also a powder room located downstairs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets. The villa sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

The lush tropical grounds are very private with a large tiled pool, outdoor living area and a generous Bali bale to relax and unwind after a busy day of shopping or surfing.

Early birds can enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the now vacant rice fields through the eastern windows. You have views of Mount Agung in the distance.

The villa is private and secure with fully enclosed fences and locked gateway. The bi-fold doors are easily closed to ensure the security of the property.

Our Staff
Image Ketut is our friendly and happy housekeeper who will make you feel very welcome. She will service the house each morning, except Sunday. The gardens and pool are tendered to by Nyoman and Ketut three times a week. Nyoman also undertakes night security.

We can offer the services of a local driver who is professional, English speaking, honest and reasonable.

Mobile Phones
We suggest you take your mobile phones. Sim cards are easily purchased and are available at many local shops. For as little as Rp. 200,000 (approx. US $20) you can keep in touch with your friends and family both on the Island and at home. There is a large Sim card shop just around the corner in Jn Nakula.

Location
Villa Este is centrally located on Gang Baik Baik Seminyak Bali (off Jln Nakula), nestled between Sunset Road and Jln Raya Seminyak. The villa was built in 2001 when there was little development in the area and only rice fields surrounding. It became a very popular holiday home for many European and international travellers. In 2008, the villa undertook a refurbishment and has re-opened its doors to guests.

Villa Este offers the best of both worlds. It is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Jln Legian, amongst old rice paddies and yet in close proximity to major facilities. Bintang Supermarket, secure money changers, international restaurants, home ware and fashion boutiques and so much more are a just a short stroll away. A 10 minute walk down Jln Double Six will lead you to Ocean Blue Boulevard which has a vast choice of beachside cafes and restaurants and all the sun and surfing that Kuta and Double Six beaches can offer.

Travelling via Sunset Road will make your journey a much quicker one spending less time in the traffic along Jln Legian. Surfers can easily reach Canggu, Serangan (Turtle Island), Nusa Dua, Bingin, Impossibles, Ulawatu and even Medawi using Sunset Road exit. The Bali Deli and Chill Day Spa are just two streets to the north. A 5 minute drive south brings you to Carrefour, one of the biggest supermarkets on the island and Galleria Shopping Centre. The famous Eat street & shopping boutiques of Seminyak are a short distance away.

• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

High Season: 5-NIGHTS

Accommodation Rates above is NET per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charge
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out)
• Welcome drink on arrival, flower arrangements and starter food kit for the first morning
• Daily in house breakfast can be arranged on guest' account, groceries shopping by villa staff and will be bought at cost.
  
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, ground maintenance and night security staff.
